We offer an interactive 50 minute ergonomics group seminar to show employees how to properly set up their workstations. This knowledge can empower your employee to make changes to his or her space that will reduce the incidence of injury, decrease stress, and increase the ease of working. Each seminar includes a self assessment and action plan to make immediate adjustments.
Our Ergonomics Specialists can provide workspace evaluations to:
- Decrease potential work-related injury due to repetitive movements
- Reduce discomfort from existing inefficient movement patterns
- Provide individualized tips and strategies to create effective and well-planned workstations for improved productivity and wellness in the workplace
- Assist in selecting appropriate equipment
- Suggest exercises that can be done in the office to reduce stress, symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome, and shoulder, neck and lower back pain
- Comply with Cal OSHA's ergonomic/health & safety standards
