Ergonomics Seminar (50 min)

Learn to how to properly set up your workstations to work efficiently, effectively and with ease. This empowering seminar will help your employee to make changes to his or her space that will reduce the incidence of injury, decrease stress, and increase the ease of working. Each seminar includes a self assessment and action plan to make immediate adjustments.
